4.8 in Tochigi-ken

It's so incredibly windy here in Abiko right now, and our apartment building rattles and sways so at the slightest provocation, that at first I wasn't sure, but the TV and websites tell me 4.8 in southern Tochigi-ken.

I haven't been blogging them all, but we've had a couple of 4.0+ in the general neighborhood in the last few weeks, after several months of relative quiet.

CFP: International Workshop on Quantum Programming Languages

At Oxford in July. I haven't been to one of the workshops, but the papers from the first three were intriguing. Unfortunately, I'm probably too busy finishing my thesis to prepare a paper on my Aqua toolkit, which includes an assembler and circuit compiler.
