Over the Christmas & New Year's break, a lot of editing on the book got done -- thousands of edits, according to git. 14/15 of the chapters are in serious local review. Chapter 15 still needs quite a bit of editing. Boilerplate, exercises, index, etc. are partially done; no cover yet. Glossary and table of notation aren't done yet.
